BBQ Tulip Quick Bites on tomato salsa

Ingredients
- 125 g Tulip Quick Bites
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 3 tbsp cooked black beans
- 1 red onion
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lime
- 1 sprig fresh coriander
- 1 spring onion
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Small wooden skewers
Instructions
- Drain the Tulip Quick Bites and put the pieces of meat on skewers. Then baste with BBQ sauce and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
- Thinly slice the red onion, chili, garlic and spring onions and chop the coriander.
- Cut the tomatoes into coarse cubes, add lime juice and mix with the beans and the other ingredients. Save a little chopped coriander for garnish.
- Season the salsa with salt and freshly ground pepper and place evenly in small bowls.
- Top with the hot skewers and serve right away.
