Tulip Quick Bites with spicy avocado and black beans

Ingredients
- 125 g Tulip Quick Bites
- 4 tbsp cooked black beans
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 25 g freshly grated ginger
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 red onion (small)
- 1 red chili pepper (small)
- 1 lemon (organic)
- 4 stalks fresh oregano
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Combine the beans, soy sauce and freshly grated ginger in a bowl and set aside to marinate.
- Drain the Tulip Quick Bites and fry them in oil in a frying pan for 4-5 minutes until golden.
- Split the avocado, remove the pit and peel carefully.
- Place on a cutting board and thinly slice so the slices can form a fan.
- Mince the red onion and chili pepper.
- Place the fans on two plates and season with red onion, chili, grated lemon zest and lemon juice, as well as salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Evenly distribute the beans and the Tulip Quick Bites on the avocados and serve right away.
