Vegetable skewers with mozzarella and Tulip Quick Bites

Ingredients
- 125 g Tulip Quick Bites
- 200 g mixed vegetables (such as cherry tomatoes and cucumber or red bell pepper and mushrooms)
- 100 g mozzarella, small balls or other cheese
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Drain the Tulip Quick Bites and fry them in oil in a frying pan for 4-5 minutes until golden.
- Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and intersperse on skewers with cheese and the hot Tulip Quick Bites.
- Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and serve right away.
